Now, we’re bringing that same quality and reliability to your bar experience—wherever your celebration takes you.
Service Options
Below are our suggested service options. Everything can be customized to match your event style and the level of service you want.
Weekend Reservation & Service Guarantee (Fri-Sun)
This weekend reservation fee secures your date and reserves our luxury mobile bar team and back-end planning support exclusively for your celebration. It covers administrative coordination, preparation, and holding your preferred date on our calendar.
Important: This fee is for date reservation + prep/admin only. It does not include beverage packages, staffing, bar rentals, alcohol, or other event-specific services.
Flat Fee: $600
Bartending Service
- Setup – approx. 2 hours
- Bar service – you choose how much time
- Cleanup – approx. 1 hour
Gratuity is included. Unless you request otherwise, we place a tip jar on the bar for any guests who would like to tip additionally. If you’d like extended bar service time, let us know and we’ll adjust the hours accordingly.
Bartender requirements:
<75 people: 1 Bartender
75-150 people: 2 Bartenders
150+ people: 3 Bartenders
$50 per hour-per bartender
Beverage Service Packages
Below are our suggested service options. Everything can be customized to match your event style and the level of service you want.
Beer, Wine & Seltzer Pour Service
Ideal for events where beer, wine and seltzers are the focus
– served professionally and efficiently.
Includes general-consumption soda + hydration station.
What’s included:
- Professional pour service for your canned/bottled beer, wine, and seltzers.
- Complete bar setup with decor that complements your event
- Experienced bartenders(tipically 1 per 75 guests, adjusted as needed)
- Cups, napkins, ice for chilling/serving, coolers and bar tools
- General liability and full liquor liability insurance
Dry hire note: You supply the alcohol. We’ll provide a detailed, customized shopping list to make it easy. We do not provide, purchase, or transport beer, wine, or liquor.
$7 per person
Classic Spirits Package
This option builds on the Beer/Wine/Seltzer service and adds full mixed-drink capability for classic favorites.
Includes general-consumption soda + hydration station.
- Mixed drink service for your selected spirits (eg. vodka soda, gin & tonic, rum & coke, whiskey sour, etc.)
- Standard mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, club soda, tonic, OJ, cranberry, lemonade, and house-made sour mix.
- Traditional garnishes: lemons, limes, and maraschino cherries
Dry hire alcohol policy and included equipment/staffing/insurance remain the same.
$11 per Person
Signature Beverage Service Package
A premium, customized cocktail experience featuring elevated ingredients and morecomplex drink options – includes two signature cocktails + a signature mocktail.
Includes general-consumption soda + hydration station.
Adds:
- Premium mixers (pineapple, grapefruit, ginger ale/beer, bitters, specialty syrups)
- Upgraded garnishes and accents (including Luxardo cherries, olives, berries, fresh herbs like mint/rosemary)
- Fresh-squeezed citrus for top-tier flavor
- Expanded cocktail capability (mojitos, old fashioneds, margaritas, moscow mules and more), plus custom signature drinks for your event
Dry hire alcohol policy and included equipment/staffing/insurance remain the same.

Bar Rental
Rustic Portable Event Bar
If your venue doesn’t have a dedicated bar area for us to use, we’ll bring our own beautiful rustic bar – creating a polished bar setup anywhere on-site.
Flat Fee: $125
